There has been plenty of buzz around Thalia's new fashion line for Macy's, and I'm not surprised why. Her collection is colorful, chic and includes silhouettes perfect for all body shapes. The best part is that her price point for the collection won't break the bank. I'm a bargain shopper, but I never want to look like one! I scanned her collection and have hand-picked her best looks.Continue Reading >
We all know Jennifer Lopez is a big fan of deep-plunge necklines and showing off her amazing cleavage--I would too if those styles looked that good on me! J.Lo visited Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live in a revealing black dress with leather and mesh detail. Say what you want about J.Lo, but you can't deny that the Boricua has amazing fashion sense. Granted, she won't ever be able to top the infamous jungle-print green Versace dress, but I give her credit for constantly trying. I also can't help but notice that her cups are pretty age defying! They are still standing proud. Go, J.Lo!
Flowers and chocolates are sweet for Valentine's Day, but let's be honest here--the sex is definitely the fun part! Sure, you spent $50 on a hot dress but what you're wearing underneath is equally important, girl. Find yourself some sexy lingerie that shows off your fabulous curves and you're guaranteed a super steamy date night--trust me!
Valentine's Day is stressful enough to have to worry about what to wear on that special date. It doesn't matter if you're spending it with your man, your girlfriends, the kids or riding solo, you still want to look your best, right? But it's not always easy finding a dress that fits that tiny waist of yours while still covering those full hips and booty. What's a curvy chick to do?
The crop top, high-waisted trend has obviously become Kim Kardashian's signature look. She's worn so many variations of this style and yet owns it every single time. You have to give the girl credit where credit is due. Kim knows how to rock clothes that flatter her figure--most of the time at least! But I have to admit, that black long-sleeved crop top paired with those Alexander McQueen pants she wore for her Fleur Fatale fragrance event wasn't doing it for me. If anything it made her look at a lot wider in the waist area. Not a good call Kim!
Women around the world would kill to have Salma Hayek's curves (myself included). The woman has the perfect hourglass figure. Big boobs, wide hips and this teeny tiny waist. But what's even more impressive than that, is how Salma accentuates her shape with clothes. Take the Equality Now's Make Equality Reality event she attended earlier this month, for instance. She wore this gorgeous teal gown paired with a thick, black belt that really cinched in her waist. In fact, it made it look even tinier!
Say what you want about Kim Kardashian, but the girl definitely knows how to get people talking, not to mention hating, on her. By now you've properly already seen that oiled-up bare butt of hers on the cover of Paper magazine. I'm convinced her goal is to make magazine-cover history. Remember that naked GQ spread she did a few months back? The point is, people love to hate on Kim. And one of the many reasons behind that (besides being her lack of talent) is the fact that we all secretly want her amazing hourglass bod!'
Temperatures are dropping, but that's no excuse to let your fashion sense go into hibernation. In fact, this is the perfect time to turn up the heat on your wardrobe. Personally, I like mixing and matching cool weather accents, like long sleeves and high necklines, with hot, curve-hugging cuts. It's not always easy, but I've figured out a way to get everything I want in a look, without having to spend too much money: buy fall dresses!
Fashion experts are all about teaching you how to dress for your body type and playing up your curves, but do they show you how to shop for clothes after major weight loss? Dressing a body that was once a size 16 and is now on its way to a 6 isn't so easy. In fact, it's a pretty difficult process to say the least. I mean, how do your dress your new body that's still changing every day?
As a chica with small boobs (size 34B to be exact) it's not always easy for me to give fashion advice to my big booby amigas. In fact, I've had instances where they all together refused to receive it. They'd poke fun at the fact that I need a pushup bra to have "real" cleavage or how I hardly wear bras during the summer time (thank you printed maxi dresses!). But after two years of working as a beauty and style reporter and speaking to every expert in the business, I've learned a thing or two about how to dress up big tetas. Finding cute and flattering outfits can be a challenge but it's definitely possible--trust me!
