Minimize a large bust
A good support bra is a must. Keeping your chest high will give the illusion of a smaller waist. Also, try to wear dresses that are not cut too high or too low (on the top) like square necks, round necks or scoop necks. This will help draw the attention upward and away from your chest. Go for a fitted style that comes in at your waist.

These are great tips. Nothing like having a "wardrobe malfunction" that could have been avoided. Lol.
This is one of my biggest problems with my wardrobe. Being small chested I often don't fill my tops or dresses. I don't like wearing padded or push-up bras too much but when I do, they help me look and feel better.
Because of being so small, I do find that I can get away with wearing no bra if I choose to, especially if it's a style like the corset dress shown, which is fabulous by the way, or if it's something that has a built in bra.
I cover my chest completely. I don't do plunging neck lines etc...
