I'm counting the days before the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, because I'm so excited that Sofia Vergara snagged her third nomination for her role as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on ABC's Modern Family. America's favorite funny woman was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, shortly after topping Forbes' list as the highest-paid actress on television. Go Sofia!
As much as she cracks us all up, though, when it comes to hitting the red carpet, Sofia isn't just all fun and games. Let's face it, the woman knows how to glam it up! So I'm looking forward to seeing what she will be showing up in on Sunday and hoping she finally takes home that trophy! 2012 Met Costume Institute Gala
Sofia attended the Met Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a modern silver Marchesa gown. I loved that she chose to go with very minimal accessories. It kept everyone’s eyes where they should have been--on the dress!
