Shaming and ridiculing teens is definitely NOT the correct way to prevent teenage pregnancies--which is why I think New York City's newest campaign to prevent adolescents from becoming parents is horrible and terribly misguided.

The U.S. is one of the few developed countries with a very high rate of teenage pregnancies, something which I've never really understood. We're living in a pretty modern country where, despite the fact that poverty and lack of education do exist, we're so much better off than many other places in the world. Rampant teen pregnancies is why I've always maintained that it's extremely important to speak clearly and openly to teens regarding how to prevent pregnancy, but also about their options once they do become pregnant.

When a woman becomes pregnant, everyone around her tries to guess the baby's gender. So when I heard that there ARE ways to determine the gender of an unborn baby (without actual lab tests), I was floored.

That exactly what Jena Pincott claims to have found out in her new book, Do Chocolate Lovers Have Sweeter Babies? She takes down those old wives tales a notch and actually shares some super interesting info on how to tell if you should be shopping for pink or blue.

Celebrity pregnancies are in full bloom--and with that comes all the fun at guessing at what these tiny celeb tykes will be named. Take for example Jessica Simpson, who is currently pregnant with baby number two. Simpson has been more than open about her pregnancy and the baby's gender (she's having a boy!) and now, there are rumors that she plans on naming him Ace.

Whether the baby name hearsay is true, we can't wait to find out what his REAL name is going to be! However, Simpson hinted in an Elle magazine interview last year that people would understand the meaning of the name. "It's nothing shocking and nothing you'll have to add to the dictionary," she added. A new report reveals that pregnant women who consume more fruits and vegetables are more likely to have children who are less fussy eaters. This proved to doctors that babies get a taste for healthy foods before birth through the amniotic fluid and after through breast milk.

Researchers say that babies are already hardwired to enjoy salty and sweet foods, and may have a harder time adjusting to the initial taste of green vegetables. But by adding these to your pregnancy diet, you may just avoid having to deal with the picky eater woes.

Great news in Hollywood today: Penélope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem are expecting their second child together!

In fact, you wouldn't even be able to tell that he's deaf! Shortly after his diagnosis, we had him tested to identify whether his hearing loss was genetic. We were told that if they could identify the specific gene that caused it, we could find out whether he'd be only deaf or whether he would also have issues with his eyes, heart or kidneys.

The 32-year old reality star, who's pregnant with rapper Kanye West's baby, has been under a lot of stress lately between her divorce battle with ex Kris Humphries and constant scrutiny about her weight.
