It's week 28 and I'm feeling great, mainly because I'm not letting pregnancy stop me from working out and keeping active! So far, I've only gained 15 pounds and in this weeks' April's Adventures in Mamihood vlog, I talk to Jai Faith, a choreographer, fitness trainer and, most importantly, my good friend, about staying healthy while expecting.

Que bien por ella y por las q hacen ejercicios mientras estan esperando.... Yo nunca hize ejercicio durante el embarazo ya q soy superrrr nerviosa y temia lastimar a mi baby :) aun q ahora se q es bueno :) y pues yo solamente subi 14 libras todo el embarazo ya q tenia anemia....
