The widely publicized Steubenville rape case stirred up national controversy--and now, one more person is throwing her two cents into the mix. Tennis star Serena Williams is making headlines for making incredibly insensitive remarks about the 16-year-old victim in the case in an upcoming issue of Rolling Stone, claiming "she shouldn't have put herself in that position, unless they slipped her something."

Wow, really Serena? Foot, meet mouth.

In an absolutely shocking story, an 11-year-old New Zealand boy became a father after conceiving a child with the 36-year-old mother of one of his classmates.  

It's such an unbelievable and awful scenario that I can barely process it.

An 18-year-old female in a Papua New Guinea village used a bush knife to decapitate her father, as in clean chopped his head off. 

She used the knife against her father on Wednesday morning because he allegedly raped her repeatedly the night before and he was trying to do it again the next morning. The 18-year-old girl has three siblings who were away with their mother at the time of the alleged rapes.

Normally police take care of criminals such as rapists by locking them up behind bars, but not in the village of Colquechaca, Bolivia. Reportedly, more than 200 townspeople buried 17-year-old Santos Ramos alive after he was suspected of raping and murdering 35-year-old Leandra Arias Janco.

If this wasn't shocking enough, they made sure to bury him alongside the deceased rape victim. Even police couldn't put a stop to the barbaric act the residents committed. Wow ...

Puerto Rican abducted teen Gina DeJesus and Amanda Berry were sent home safely yesterday, as more alarming details emerge from the Cleveland kidnapper case. The latest details about the sick treatment the women received from Castro reveal that he even replaced their birthdays with the anniversary of their abduction. On those particular days the 52-year-old pervert would give the girls a cake celebrating the day they were kidnapped. How twisted and horrible is that?

A 5-year-old girl in New Delhi was found after being raped and left for dead in a locked room. Two suspects have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping, raping, and attempting to murder the child. This is the kind of story that makes you shake your head in horror and wonder how such things could possibly happen in the world.

The alleged suspects are Pradeep Kumar, a 19-year-old garment factory worker, and 24-year-old Manoj Kumar. Although the men share the same last name, they are not related. The men live in the same building as the little girl who was abducted. She was found because neighbors heard the little girl crying.

A group of female Occidental College students, and alumni in Los Angeles—including several who claim they were raped—wrote up a federal complaint along with some school faculty that addressed how the school failed to protect women from sexual assaults by improperly reporting the incidents, covering up the rapes, and not giving the sexual assaulters appropriate punishments. It's disgusting that a school wouldn't take campus sex crimes seriously!

What kind of demented person would have sex with two teenage boys while three other teens watch? Well, 42-year-old Jeanine Shimandle of Florida is accused of doing just that! The highly disturbed woman was recently taken into custody by the Sarosota County Sheriff office after witnesses reported the incident. This is the sickest thing I've ever heard!

As if the horrific news of the suicide of Rehtaeh Parsons a teen in Canada who was raped and cyberbullied weren't shocking enough, we now learn that three teen boys have been arrested in the case of another girl who apparently went through something similar before hanging herself last fall in Northern California. Reminiscent of the Steubenville's rape victim ordeal, 15-year-old Audrie Pott got drunk during a party at a friend's house last September and ended up in a bedroom, where three 16-year-old boys did "unimaginable things to her while she was unconscious," according to the victim's family attorney.

Photos showing the naked girl being sexually assaulted quickly went viral after they were shared by students via cell phone. Unable to bear the humiliation, Audrie--a popular student who was a gifted artist and musician--killed herself a week after the attack.
