The DIY beauty treatment left former Korean model Hang Mioku's face permanently disfigured even after having more 10 surgical operations done to fix it. It's so devastating to see so many young, beautiful women out there destroying themselves with plastic surgery. There really needs to be a worldwide law that obligates and PAYS for women to seek psychological evaluation before undergoing any serious cosmetic procedures.

Adriana DeSilva, a 39-year-old mother, decided to give herself a combination Mother's Day and birthday present in the form of plastic surgery: a mommy makeover. DeSilva traveled from New York to Boca Raton, Florida to get a tummy tuck, neck liposuction, and breast augmentation at the Boca Raton Surgery Center. She was discharged after the procedure with a clean bill of health. Two days later she complained of feeling ill, suffered a stroke, slipped into a coma, and later died.

I have to admit I'm not totally against plastic surgery. If it's necessary or done in moderation, by all means go ahead. It's when it's done excessively or in a way where it can jeopardize your health or even your life, that's when I have a problem.
