A jet-ski accident leaves Usher's stepson brain dead & I can't imagine the mother's pain

I can't believe that something so horrible could happen. Usher's stepson has just been declared brain dead after the most horrible jet ski accident that I can imagine: a man riding the watercraft struck him in the head while the 11-year-old Kyle Glover was floating on an inner tube. I honestly can't even imagine something so bad happening to my family. I love riding the jet ski and hanging around on the inner tube but, to be honest, now I'm a bit afraid to do it!

The weird thing about the story is that I don't quite understand how the man on the jet ski didn't see a kid on an inner tube nearby. He clearly must have been driving around pretty fast for this accident to actually happen and I'm just, well, astounded at the whole thing.

I can't pretend to understand what the R&B singer's ex-wife Tameka Foster, Kyle's mom, must be feeling right now. According to reports, a 15-year-old girl was also injured in this accident but authorities are still investigating whether charges have to be filed against the 38-year-old man on the jet ski.

Usher visited Kyle and I'm sure the whole family is suffering through this tragedy. I am hoping that something will be resolved soon but I just can't imagine what can be done. Even if the man is charged, I'm sure the grieving mother will be inconsolable. I know I would be if any of my family members were having a fun day out and then went through something like this. It's just unimaginable.
