Can we all just be honest and admit that engagement pictures are pretty cheesy? Come on, admit it! Sure they are beautiful and a testament to the love of the bride and groom-to-be, but they are also staged and kind of sort of a little bit goofy. I'm probably just too insecure to strike one of the poses without feeling like a total moron. My beloved and I didn't even take engagement photos because it didn't occur to us and if it had it would have been the worst photo session ever. That is why I am in love with what I would have to say are THE BEST ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS EVER!

San Francisco couple Cassey Grim and Adam McLaughlin had their engagement photos taken by friend Red Scott. The couple was photographed individually instead of together with the groom-to-be striking the same poses as his future wife. If she's coy, he's coy; if she's fetching, he's fetching; if she's seductive, yup, you got it...he's seductive. 

Alexis Bledel is getting married! The Argentinean actress and her boyfriend, Mad Men co-star Vincent Kartheiser officially confirmed their engagement to Us Weekly ... just in time for National Proposal Day! 

The couple first met when Bledel made a guest appearance on the AMC television show and have been dating since last June. Kartheiser reportedly popped the question a few weeks ago and according to the magazine's source, "couldn't be happier." Aww, I'm so happy for her. Looks like its time to start the long process of wedding planning!

New reports are warning 20-somethings that the sooner they marry the better to avoid certain consequences. The study, called the National Marital Project and conducted by the University of Virginia, found that 91 percent of young adults are choosing to delay marriage as they try to get their life together. On average, it was found that the marrying age for women is 26 and for men it's 28.

Although the study shares that delaying marriage can sometimes be a good thing, there is one group that is negatively affected by doing waiting to get married. Read on to find out who should NOT wait to wed and who could be putting themselves at a health risk!

When it comes time to propose, most picture the big moment as being romantic, memorable and, as close to perfect as possible. But sometimes, things don't go exactly as planned.
