In yet another bizarre twist to an already unbelievable story, the son of Ariel Castro, the primary suspect in the kidnapping case of Cleveland women Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight, and Gina DeJesus, reportedly wrote an article about DeJesus' disappearance for a college class back in 2004.
Gina DeJesus, a 23-year-old woman last seen in 2004, was rescued Monday afternoon from the Cleveland home where she was held captive together with two other women who, like her, had been missing for over 10 years. Police have arrested three Latino brothers, including (according to witnesses) Ariel Castro, 52, who owns the house where the young women were found and has lived there since 1992. The other two women have been identified as Amanda Berry, 27, and Michelle Knight, 30. They were all abducted in separate events in different years.
Although many details of this amazing case are still unknown, we do know that the house from which they were rescued is just miles away from where the girls were last seen and that along with them police also rescued a girl between 6 and 10 years old.Continue Reading >
