Two teens have been charged with first-degree murder after luring 15-year-old Latino boy, Hector Hernandez-Valdez, into their home and brutally attacking him, reportedly over $166 and a handful of pot.
Washington brothers Luis and Cristobal Arroyo, ages 17 and 15, killed Hernandez-Valdez in June of last year. According to the police, the eldest brother invited the victim over to his house, where the two got in a fight. Ten-year-old San Francisco girl Elvira Campos was killed when two gunmen reportedly walked up to the front door of their Northern California home on Saturday night and opened fire. At least a dozen shots were fired at the house, but her parents are expected to survive. According to police, it was clear the shooters were "directly outside the front door."
