Talented 10-year-old boy turns a washing machine into a drum set!

Doing the laundry has never been a favorite chore of mine…but this kid gave a regular old washing machine a whole new use. This 10-year-old boy should have asked for a drum set from Santa because, boy, can he rock out! The boy was recorded playing the drums using only a washing machine and his hands.

And not only did he maintain excellent coordination, but he sounds amazing! Kids are so creative--I mean who would've thought of turning a household item into an instrument? The only other time I've seen something this musically remarkable through random items was during the off-broadway show, Stomp.

As a kid I'd bang away on pots and pans, but it never sounded as smooth and rhythmic as this boy's musical ability on the washing machine. He gave this appliance a whole new meaning by displaying his talents on it. Hmm, maybe I'll give it a shot next time I'll filling my machine up with a load.
