Ryan Leonard was born with no arms, but that hasn't stopped him from becoming one impressive athlete. The tenth-grader from North Carolina shoots basketball way better than most average kids (and definitely better than I do), as evidenced by the amazing video below.

In the clip, Leonard slowly sets up his shot before making an impossible-looking basket--from half a court away! Wow! I'm no athletic expert, but I'm pretty sure that's a difficult shot for anyone to make…and he manages to do it easily and casually as if it's no big deal! Seriously, I'm in awe.
But that's not even the most inspiring part of Leonard's story. Apparently, the teen's athletic abilities surpass much further than just basketball. He also plays high school football and is a member of the wrestling team! Pretty freakin' impressive, if you ask me.

It's always amazing to see a young teenager strive to reach their fullest potential, but it's particularly motivating in Leonard's case because it's clear that he hasn't let his disability hinder him from living his life or doing what he loves--which is an attitude that we can all learn from.
