Imagine how heartbreaking it would be if your child was completely unable to smile. Sarah Tassi and her husband, Jason, have never seen their 1-year-old son Preston smile due to a rare neurological disorder called Moebius Syndrome. The condition affects the muscles of the face and keeps sufferers from properly eating, drinking, and impacts speech development. 

But there's hope for little Preston!

In an astounding act of bravery, an English mother of two put her own life on the line to try and persuade the two men who brutally murdered a soldier on the streets of London to put down their weapons.

Ingrid Loyau-Kennett was one of the first people on the scene after she jumped off a local bus to check the victim for a pulse. After realizing he was dead, the 48-year-old mom then tried to distract the attackers by engaging them in conversation, even as one of them reportedly told her, "We want to start a war in London tonight."

More tragic news coming from Oklahoma as we learn of two more heartbreaking deaths: 7-month-old Sydnee Vargyas and her sister, 4-year-old Karrina, were identified as two of the 10 children who died during the strong tornado that hit on Monday. So far the medical examiner says that that Sydnee is the youngest victim of the 24 people killed by the natural disaster and says that she suffered a blunt force of trauma to the head.

Her sister Karrina was also said to have died from the same type of wounds. They  leave behind heartbroken parents and two older siblings. How sad!
