A plastic surgeon in Miami has recently been arrested after he allegedly attacked his girlfriend by forcing her head into a toilet and stuffing a rag in her mouth--all because of something she had written on Facebook!

Lisa Donlan, a mother of three who was accused of killing her husband as he slept after, was found not guilty on Tuesday on all counts. The Alaskan woman had been charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, and criminally negligent homicide for firing 6 shots at her husband. But she was cleared after she revealed that he held her against her will and tortured her for 3 days.

What an incredible story, and what a relief she must feel.

CNN reporters Poppy Harlow and Candy Crowley raised some eyebrows this weekend after their reporting on the Steubenville, Ohio rape trial was incredibly skewed and full of sympathy toward convicted  rapists Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond. I honestly could not believe it! These two high school football players literally ruined a 16-year-old girl's life after brutally assaulting her! Not only did they rape her, but they took pictures that were posted on social media and videotaped the disturbing incident, displaying no kind of remorse for what they did. Yet everyone seems to only be concerned about these young men's fates?

Paramedic first responder Cameron Hill will never, ever forget how he met Melissa Dohme, a young victim of domestic violence, after her savage ex-boyfriend stabbed her 32 times and left her bleeding to death in front of her house in Clearwater, Florida. According to Hill it was the bloodiest scene he had seen in his 17-year career. What he'll always remember is the immediate connection he felt with the injured victim, even though her face was almost destroyed from the attack and he didn't know her name.

Dohme, who was just 20 years old at the time that he was attacked by her ex last year, devoted herself to looking for each and every person that had contributed to her rescue and miraculous recuperation from those injuries. Among them was Hill, and their story only gets better.
