Latina Mom forces her poor, defenseless toddler to get a tattoo (GRAPHIC VIDEO)

Some people should definitely not be parents. That was made abundantly clear to me when I saw this absolutely horrifying video, in which a mother pins down her crying toddler as he is given a tattoo. A TATTOO.  What kind of twisted person could ever do that to a little kid, let alone their own child?

The clip is so disturbing that I could barely watch it and didn't even make it the whole way through, but the first half was enough to leave me feeling sick to my stomach. In the video, the poor baby is obviously hysterical, wailing with pain as his mother and several other adults stand around him, just allowing the process to continue as it if the most normal thing in the world. At some point, the mom even points to the tattoo in an attempt to get her son to look at the design. Right, because that will totally stop him from feeling the sharp sting of a needle in his little, baby arm.

The whole thing (which is said to have taken place in Cuba) is so horrifying that I would never have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. And even still, I just don't want to think that it's true. I mean, how can anyone possibly be capable of putting their own toddler through such torture? Little kids don't even like getting shots so how can someone ever think that they would be able to withstand the much longer and much more painful process of getting a tattoo? I'm 23 freaking years old and you couldn't PAY me to get that close to a needle unless it was medically required. That kid must be completely traumatized!

Plus, it's not just about the pain. This mom essentially branded her child when he was too young to even know what a tattoo is, let alone give his consent for one. Now he has to live with it for the rest of his life unless he gets it removed, which is also a long and painful process.

Personally, I think these parents deserve to be put in jail. Seeing the clip and listening to the little kid's piercing cries, there's no way that anyone can deny the fact that what this mom did qualifies as abuse and mistreatment. Besides just think-- if she is willing to let her toddler get a tattoo, what else will she make him do as he gets older?
