Jessica Alba FINALLY shares her secret to maintaining that smoking hot body!
If there is one celebrity bod that we envy it's Jessica Alba's. The flawless 31-year-old actress and mom of two (TWO!!!) has so much going for her, including a new book called The Honest Life: Living Naturally and True to You.
As happy as we are that this Mama Latina has been so successful, we can't help but hate on her banging post-baby bod! Think she spends hours at the gym or has a personal trainer to look this great?
Here's her surprise: Alba told Women's Health that she HATES working out and it turns out her secret to looking hot is do-able, whether you're a mom or not! According to Alba, her exercises routines have to be fun:
I like doing dance classes. That's fun. Like hip hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises... Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that's so much better for me than anything that's repetitive. Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving.
That sounds easy enough, but let's be honest, sometimes moms don't have time to attend a class, so Alba prioritizes her time and has a quick strategy to get exercise in. She says she uses her treadmill at home to sprint for a minute, walk for 30 seconds and alternates that for 20 to 30 minutes.

And although exercise is good for you to stay in shape, Alba's ultimate de-stressing secret are her daughters, 4-year-old Honor and 1-year old Haven. As a mom, she knows her daughters are not going to stay little forever, and says that they relax her by bringing her joy and happiness. Aw!
Mama Alba makes being a mom sound so pleasant and it's great to hear that her kids are her number one priority. It's also admirable that she's honest about her fitness routine which is do-able and not as difficult or time consuming as it would seem!
