It might surprise you to find out just how important walking is to your overall health, weight loss, and, of course, keeping those pounds off, but it really, really is. If you don't live in a city, then why not start walking a little more each day? It's never too late to join our weight loss challenge or simply just START WALKING, and keep doing it consistently.
