There is something blissful about the creamy texture of ice cream. Yes, it is food, but it is also an experience. Why not make it even more of an experience by making some of your own? If you've never done it don't be intimidated, it's totally doable. Big plus of making your own is that you can choose all sorts of flavors or flavor combination.
