Tacos are a family favorite and thus a definite staple in our week's menu. Like any busy Latina mom, I look for ways to cut down on prep time without sacrificing the flavor that makes our dishes so delicious. So here's my take on beef and papas tacos ¨the super quick version¨, hoping that your family too will appreciate a yummy homemade meal that didn't require your having to slave over the stove.

That looks so NASTY YUK!!!! For the 15 min. you save, it would be much better with reg. potatoes. Pico de gallo is not made with avocado.
