It's National Pie Day! And, I have to tell you, although I do generally try to keep a bit healthy over the holidays, there is one area where I absolutely let myself indulge without any questions asked: dessert! Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, and New Year's (and any other holidays you celebrate during this time of year) wouldn't be the celebrations that they are without a delicious pie to go along with it.
