Anyone who knows me knows I could never live without coffee. So that's why today's holiday is perfect for me: National Espresso Day!
Luckily, our resident food expert and staff writer, Irina Gonzalez, is a pro at making authentic Cuban coffee (and for good reason--she's half-Cuban herself!) and agreed to show us how to also! So whether you're spending the day at home recovering from Thanksgiving or gearing up to hit Black Friday sales, take a few minutes to watch the easy-to-follow video below and brew yourself a delicious cup o' joe.
