Now that the weather is absolutely PERFECT to break out the grill and indulge in some of my favorite summertime cooking (just check out our Ultimate Latin BBQ Grill Guide!), it's also a great time for one of my favorite indulgences this time of year: ICE CREAM!

Now, I'm a huge fan of chocolate ice cream. I mean, really, from ages 1 until 18, it was the only ice cream I ever really ate. But now that I'm older (and I hope at least a BIT wiser), I'm much more in love with ice creams that are inspired by our Latin flavors.
