JoAnna Garcia Swisher and hubby Nick Swisher are so cute as they confirm they're having a girl!

In baby news, Cuban actress JoAnna Garcia Swisher and her hubby, former Yankee outfielder Nick Swisher have confirmed that they're expecting a girl! The couple shared the tidbit with People magazine at the InStyle/Warner BrothersGolden Globes afterparty as they couldn't contain their excitment over their baby's arrival.

The 33-year-old Animal Practice star has even reportedly been having some strange cravings lately. You'll never guess what she couldn't live without for about a week!

Garcia Swisher and her baseball player husband first reported that they were expecting in November, and now the adorable couple is sharing the sex of their soon-to-be bundle of joy.

The excited dad-to-be told the magazine: "As long as she's healthy, that's all I really care about." Meanwhile, the glowing mamá-to-be has been having interesting hankerings and revealed that she was recently obsessed with mayonnaise. "I tried to put it on everything but that faded," she said, revealing that she is now trying to focus on eating healthfully as she gets further into her pregnancy.

It must be exciting for the new couple to add a new member to their family and this makes me particularly excited since I was a fan of Swisher when he played for the Yankees and enjoyed Garcia Swisher's other short-lived shows. But unlike most daddies, Swisher didn't mind having a baby girl instead of a boy.

The couple has even said that they are going to need three nurseries for the baby, as they both work in different cities, and their home is in another location (JoAnna works in L.A. and Swisher has just accepted to play for the Cleveland Indians). Sounds like they're going to be super busy raising this little girl! As the couple continue preparing for their little Swisherette, they have both said they can't wait to meet their daughter and look forward to the change that's to come in their lives.

Aw! I absolutely love how upbeat and excited this adorable couple is with the upcoming arrival of their baby girl. She's going to get a taste of three different cities fresh out of the womb--very nice, baby-to-come! We wish them luck with the baby and look forward to seeing her first pictures!
