Snooki becomes a mami!

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, the Chilean-born star of MTV's Jersey Shore, gave birth to her first child, baby boy Lorenzo Dominic LaValle earlier this morning in New Jersey. Enzo weighed 6 lbs 5 oz and was born just before 3 a.m. Soon after the delivery, Snooki turned to Twitter to let everyone know the great news that she had become a mom saying: "I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic ! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE'S MY WORLD! ❤"

How sweet, right? And any mom can understand exactly what she's talking about! Now we just have to sit back and wait to see the first photo of little Lorenzo.

Meanwhile, an MTV rep shared in the excited saying the following in a statement:

We couldn't be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy! We look forward to Lorenzo's first trip to the Jersey Shore and can't wait to see his first animal print onesie.

Whether baby Lorenzo will make an appearance on the six season of Jersey Shore, which premiers in October, remains to be seen. The new seaon, however, will feature the last four months of Snooki's pregnancy. 

For now, we'd just like to send a huge congratulations to Snooki and her fiance on the birth of their healthy baby boy! Can't wait to hear what kind of crazy things Snooki will say about the art of being a first-time mom. You?
