I will never, ever understand women (and men) who stay with their cheating spouses. I think it's one thing if it happens only one time, the person confesses and apologizes right away… then I can see MAYBE forgiving a person. But if the man pledged to be faithful and then repeatedly cheats on you, WHY are you still with him?
Case in point: Vanessa Bryant.
The long-suffering wife of LA Lakers basketball star Kobe Bryant has reportedly been cheated on many, many times. The two finally seemed to have called it quits last December but now, just days before finalizing the divorce, they seem to be working on a reconciliation AGAIN!

Seriously, WHY, Vanessa, WHY?!
That's the only thing I really want to ask you. Why would you go back to a guy who has cheated on you in the past? Do you really think he can change? Cause I sure don't.
Not to mention the fact that there is literally no other reason for her to go back, either. And by "no reason" I mean "no financial reason". They married pretty young and never had a prenuptial agreement, which means she'll get quite a nice amount of Kobe's fortune when the divorce is finalized. In fact, he's apparently already signed over the deeds to his three mansions over to her. So… again, Vanessa, WHY?!

Okay, so maybe she still loves the guy. Or maybe she's actually doing it for the kids. Clearly she doesn't need to do it for the money. Though, let's be honest here: living with a lying spouse that you can't trust and are probably fighting with (cause, really, how can they not be fighting all the time?!) is not healthy for your kids. And, on top of that, being with a man who may love you but clearly doesn't appreciate you isn't doing anyone any favors either.
So I'm hoping that she'll wake up pretty soon and realize she's making the biggest mistake of her life by reconciling with Kobe. I mean, his basketball skills aside, he's clearly not a very good husband. And she deserves better.

long suffering wife ? im sorry but she isnt a long suffering wife , because she is CHOOSING to be there .... the wife of arnold was a long suffering wife but calling this dumb women that is an insult
i guess she likes the life style that she has and prefers to have it instead of having self steem
In my humble opinion, whether we understand it or not it's their perogative to remain married or split up. We simply get to wach from the sidelines (literally and figuratievely;o)
To Harry Beever : I have to say that what you chose to opine is a rather simplistic generalization of an entire community. Whether a married couple chooses to stay married or not is their decision and being Hispanic has nothing to do with it.
i have a anglo friend she has been married more than 30 yrs, husband has cheated thru the marriage, no not rich, but she still loves him. being hispanic has nothing to do with it your .being racist mr. beever
