Spring might still seem like a long way off, but before you can blink it's March 20, the official first day of the season. And I don't know about you but I'm SO over winter. As much as I loved sporting plum polishes and oxblood lipsticks, I'm definitely in the mood for something a little more warm weather-friendly. So like always, I'm already thinking about what beauty trends I plan on sporting come spring. What I love about this year's trends is how great they work especially for us Latinas. Think tousled, textured hair and bright orangey lips (that look AMAZING against medium or dark skin). Orangey-coral lips
I’m so glad this trend is back! Bright, orangey lips look vibrant against olive, medium and dark complexions. I love Clinique Chubby Lipstick Stick Intense Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm in Heftiest Hibiscus ($16). If you have lighter skin or cooler undertones look for a pinkish coral shade instead, like Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics in Classic Coral ($18).
