What you need:

2 cups of fresh cooked pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoons of cinnamon

What do do:

Step 1: Begin by mixing 2 cups of the pureed or canned pumpkin with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Then add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to the mix. The cinnamon will give it a nice seasonal scent.

Step 3: Leave it on for about 15 minutes, then remove using a damp wash cloth.

Step  4: Then apply a moisturizer to keep smooth and moisturized.
